Kait Invites Co., developed from a long-term love of home-entertaining and decorating. I believe that everyone should live in a home they love and that anyone can entertain with ease. One of the most special things you can do for guests is to host them in your own home.
I’m Kaitlyn, a hostess coach, home entertaining, and designer based in Greenville, SC. I have a passion for helping clients feel comfortable opening their home to guests and entertaining with ease.
I’ve been planning events and decorating spaces for more than 20 years. Through some trial and error - but mostly fun - I’ve learned what it takes to welcome guests into a home and how to show love to guests through the gift of hospitality.
I have an eye for beautiful elements and a heart to make your home a special place to enjoy. I’ll help you love your home and make memories in it.

As someone interested in hosting guests, you understand the importance of confidence while entertaining. The same is true here at Kait Invites Design: I am passionate about helping clients enjoy the art of entertaining by being comfortable opening their homes to guests. My job is to share the joy of hosting guests, help you to enjoy your own space, and give you the confidence to be the hostess. I want to help you keep open home.
Design
I understand that takes more than just a pretty table to prepare for guests. It takes a good foundation…your home. I believe that if you love your home, you’ll want to share it with others. I have the creativity, resources, and expertise to prepare your home for your family and guests.
Planning
A fabulous event starts with a confident and welcoming hostess. I understand that taking an idea from Pinterest to the actual place-setting is not always an easy task. I can provide task and shopping lists, timelines, and inspiration to give you the confidence and tools to be a great hostess.
Resources
I’m an artist at heart. From custom menus and table linens to block print pillows and works of art, I love to look for opportunities to incorporate an artisan touch to your home and event. Because - custom designs and one-of-a-kind items make all the difference!
